By enrolling in, accessing, or using any course, mentorship program, digital product, downloadable resource, worksheet, template, video, training, or material provided by There’s a Grant for That®, Relevant Connections, LLC, or Chardé Hollins (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our materials.

1. Purpose of Content

All programs, courses, mentorship, trainings, and materials are educational in nature.

They are designed to:

Build grant readiness
Improve clarity and strategy
Support learning and decision-making

They do not guarantee funding, approval, or specific financial outcomes.

Grant funding decisions are made solely by funders and are outside our control.

2. Access & Participation

When you enroll in a paid program or course, you are granted individual, non-transferable access. You agree that you will:

Use materials for your own organization or professional development
Not share login credentials
Not provide course access to others
Access may be revoked without refund if these terms are violated.

3. Payment Terms

All purchases are final.

This includes:

Paid-in-full enrollments
Payment plans
Partial payments
Deposits

No refunds will be issued for:

Missed sessions
Failure to complete assignments
Scheduling conflicts
Changes in financial circumstances
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to:

Complete all remaining payments by the specified dates
Pay the full program cost regardless of participation level

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Loss of access to materials
Removal from live sessions
Suspension from mentorship support

4. Use of Materials (Paid & Free)

All materials — including but not limited to:

PDFs
Worksheets
Frameworks
Templates
Slides
Videos
Recordings
Prompts
Free downloads

are the intellectual property of Relevant Connections, LLC and Chardé Hollins.

You may:

Use materials for your own organization or professional work
Complete worksheets for learning and submission review

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
Share downloads publicly or privately
Teach, resell, license, or train others using our frameworks
Upload materials to shared drives, platforms, or group programs

This applies to both paid and free resources.

5. Recordings & Live Sessions

Live sessions may be recorded for:

Participant access
Program improvement
Internal review

By participating, you consent to being recorded.

Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, downloaded, or redistributed.

6. Feedback, Submissions, and Reviews

When you submit:

Forms
Worksheets
Draft responses
Uploaded documents

You understand that:

Feedback is educational and strategic, not legal or financial advice
Feedback does not guarantee funding success
Review timelines may vary

All feedback is provided in good faith to support learning and clarity.

7. Testimonials & Feedback

By submitting written feedback, survey responses, or testimonials, you grant us permission to:

Use anonymized or attributed feedback for marketing, training, or educational purposes

We will never share confidential or sensitive information without consent.

You may request removal of identifiable testimonials at any time.

8. Program Changes

Relevant Connections reserves the right to:

Adjust session dates or delivery format if necessary
Substitute facilitators or materials of equal or greater value
Update curriculum content to improve participant experience

Any changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, worksheets, and content are the intellectual property of Relevant Connections LLC and Chardé Hollins.

Participants may not:

Share login access
Distribute course materials
Record live sessions
Use course content for resale or training purposes

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Relevant Connections and its representatives are not liable for:

Funding decisions made by grantors
Business or organizational outcomes
Technical issues outside of reasonable control
Participation is at your own discretion and risk

The course provides education and strategy, not legal, financial, or funding guarantees.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program or product and can only subject to if we are at fault for negligence.

11. Confidentiality & Respect

We ask that all participants:

Respect the learning space
Maintain confidentiality of shared discussions
Engage professionally and respectfully

Harassment, misuse of materials, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

12. No Legal or Financial Advice

We do not provide:

Legal advice
Tax advice
Financial guarantees

You are responsible for:

Consulting appropriate professionals
Ensuring compliance with funder requirements
Verifying eligibility and submission accuracy
